I walked 2 miles on this "day'o'rest" HA!!!
I'll have to switch my off days due to working all day and attending class all night this Tuesday. Not gonna do globe jumps at 10:30 at night. So I will today's challenge on Sunday.

Wow my legs hurt. Tuck jumps, globe jumps, squat kicks all done. 200 crunches and 100 JJ's done. Also did 1 mile for the week's extras. Calories under, water over... and going drink some more.0

I apologize for my tardiness. I was on Vacay this past weekend, then the quake kind of got me off track. My SW this week 159.8 !!
I was able to finish the challenges for the day, though.

Good Golly Miss Molly! I kicked my own butt yesterday between running, Zumba toning and the plyometric challenge exercises. Today, my legs were TOAST. Wanted to cry when I saw the Split Squat Jumps. Ouch…ouch…ouch…got thru them. Couldn’t let you all down.
Here what I did today:
Calories = Under

Split Squat Jumps = check
Wood chops= check
I also did 100 jumping jacks towards our team goal of 4000.
Oh oh almost forgot…did the Tabata thingy on my stationary bike.

Anyway, here is what I did today:

Not a great day today in terms of exercise and being under for calories. I went to an outdoor concert after work today and had a blast...but went way off the reservation with the diet.
So...the only good thing I did today was drink my water.

WOW Team, what a week I've had! I'm so sorry I haven't been here to support you. After suffering the MCL sprain in my knee, I came down with a terrible cold. I'm just now starting to get over it. I've made my calorie count every day(barely yesterday) and was over on water. Many days I put my food in on my phone as I didn't even feel like going to the computer. I'm on the mend & will soon be back to the warrior I'm becoming. I hope everyone has done well.
I didn't post my weight loss for the week either, but btw is was great! I lost 8 pounds since last weigh in but I did weigh in 2 days late. I haven't updated my info on here for 2 weeks. My exercises are an epic fail since hurting my knee, sorry.
