    lost 4 pounds this week. I'm under on calories & over on water. I can't do any exercises for a while since I hurt my knee. I went to the doctor & he said that my mcl was sprained. I'm walking around a little better, but thats about all I can do right now. Good luck team!

    Guess what!! I went to my very first “live” Zumba class!!! It was sooo much fun. Can’t wait to go again!

    Here what I did today:

    Calories = Under
    Water = check
    Tuck jumps = check
    Squat kicks= check
    Globe jumps = check

    I also did 100 crunches towards our team goal of 4000.

    I walked 2 miles on this "day'o'rest" HA!!!
    I'll have to switch my off days due to working all day and attending class all night this Tuesday. :) Not gonna do globe jumps at 10:30 at night. So I will today's challenge on Sunday.

    Wow my legs hurt. Tuck jumps, globe jumps, squat kicks all done. 200 crunches and 100 JJ's done. Also did 1 mile for the week's extras. Calories under, water over... and going drink some more.

    100 crunches for the team complete as well as 100 jumping jacks.

    I agree with amymore728....my legs hurt!! I thought I was going to fall getting out of bed this morning!!!

    I apologize for my tardiness. I was on Vacay this past weekend, then the quake kind of got me off track. My SW this week 159.8 !! :)

    I was able to finish the challenges for the day, though.

    Here are my reports:

    22Aug11:
    2 sets of 20 Windshield Wipers-done
    3 sets of 21’s-done
    2 sets of Swimmer’s Press-done
    Under Net Calories and OK with Water
    75 crunches and 100 jumping jacks for the team challenge


    23Aug11:
    2 sets of 20 Tuck Jumps-done
    50 Squat Kicks-done
    20 Globe Jumps-done
    Under Net Calories and OK with Water
    100 crunches and 100 jumping jacks for the team challenge
    Jogged for 2 miles

    completed challenge... 100 extra jumping jacks.... did not so good on running tonight... not to make excuses but its super hot today with a billion humidity... However pushed thru some of it and walked the rest!

    Good Golly Miss Molly! I kicked my own butt yesterday between running, Zumba toning and the plyometric challenge exercises. Today, my legs were TOAST. Wanted to cry when I saw the Split Squat Jumps. Ouch…ouch…ouch…got thru them. Couldn’t let you all down.

    Here what I did today:

    Calories = Under
    Water = check
    Split Squat Jumps = check
    Wood chops= check

    I also did 100 jumping jacks towards our team goal of 4000.

    Oh oh almost forgot…did the Tabata thingy on my stationary bike.

    I’m going to take two Ibuprofen and see you all in the morning.
