okay so I have gone from a (AUS) size 20 (pants and shirt) in April to a 14/16 in pants and a 10/12 shirt :)

    Ive gone from Australian size 18 pants to a size 10, and tops - size 16 to a 10 also. Mostly I was just an XXL - and huge!

    i was a uk 16-18, ive lost approx 43 lbs, the other day i tried on some old clothes, now all my 12s and 14s fit. very happy.

    I was a us 17 and now a 7, im also 20 weeks pregnant now and just starting tp have to wear maternity pants but they are all mediums last time i was pregnant i had to wear xl.

    First of all, congrats to you - that's great!!

    I've gone from a (US) size 14 (pushing 16) pants to a size 8
    I've gone from buying XL tops to a medium....

    woo hoo! Love it, love it!!

    Have about 17 lbs or so left to go before I hit my first goal, then will re-evaluate when I get there :flowerforyou:

    I've gone from a U.S. size 22+ to a 10/12 - some 14 depending on style. Lost 15 inches from my waist, 3 cup sizes from my chest and 12 inches and I can't even tell you how many from my hips...
