Driving around in a 2005 Buick LaSabre "Custom", spacious as hell; got too use to my small 2003 Ford Focus (engine conked out after transmission swap six months ago) and it was almost paid off.

I feel that you turning away your friend til your reach your goal would be wrong, losing weight needs to be about you and only you. If this person has taken time to play catch-up with you from way back-in-a-day than this person like who you are as a person not who they remember seeing. As of right now he also might have…

Its a backhanded compliment with an insult, seriously... basically telling you right in your face that you were not worth looking at but now WOW!!! Hi hon, just looked at your food dairy; its actually not bad exept that you are eating only three meals per day. The oatmeal in the morning, are you eating it dry? Milk or water? Sugar? its important to add those little extras. If I may suggest, since it works well with me, change the food dairy setting; maybe to look like…

I lost 12 lbs the first month and a half, 15 lbs more the next month and finally 12 lbs the next; so basically lost 30 lbs within three to four months without exercise, special foods or diet aids of any sort, just portion control. Good luck....

I weigh myself once weekly, every Friday as soon as I wake up and take care of nature's call; according to Dr. Oz, its the best time to weigh yourself. ONCE WEEKLY, SAME DAY, AS SOON AS YOU WAKE UP (reguardless of employment schedule).

You might not be eating the right or better yet the correct portions, a food scale and measuring cups were my biggest and cheapest investment. Consider investing in those two tools and then enter your food intake correctly, don't sugar coat it and don't lie on the portions. Be real, be true, you should see some changes.

My moment was last year in May after having a mandateed wellness physical my weight was 233.8 lbs, I stared at the scale and thought it was an error but I was on 15 different types of meds (nightstand began looking like grandma's). Then my daughter who was 22 at the time was in town and my son who was 12, I decided to take…

 Hi hon, not sure exactly how you are following the daily intake and only lost 19 lbs in six months; according to MFP my daily intake is 1200 and I manage to lose 36 lbs  in four months without exercising. The first two weeks I manage to lose 12 lbs without starving myself and have yet to start any exercise…

Hello everyone, I am not new to MFP but never posted or introduced myself. I will say out of maybe five different phone apps I have tried I really enjoyed and love MFP. Joined in April 2011 weighing 233 lbs, after a yearly physical in May I finally said enough of the sorry excuses, enough of the daily migraines and…
