I Love this - finally somewhere where no one will pass judgment if I count my calories on the treadmill in glasses of wine!!!!!

vodka is low in calories vanila vodka and diet is good - although mixing vodka and crystal light is good in the summer - you can use any of the flavored vodkas - in general they are no higher in calories - also bacardi light rum is low in calories

its calories not fat that makes you gain weight - the problem with fat is that it is high in calories which means you can't eat very much to stay within your calorie goal - lower fat foods allow you to eat much more and still stay within your goal which leaves you more full and more likely to stay within your goal

Have you tried swimming - it is easy on the body and muscles and a huge calorie burner - I usually swim as my friday workout becuase I am a littel sore and burned out by that point in the week

special K chocolaty pretzel bars 90 calories a piece and they taste like a candy bar - I also like the special K fruit crisps - they are sweet - like a pop tart but with out all the fat and calories!!

Hunan Chicken is fairly low in calories - I always get a,ittle nervous though becuase its hard to know exactly what different places put in there!! The rice is the killer - if you skip rice you can save a couple hundred calories! good luck!!
