  • whenever I'm feeling like I want to snack, I go have a glass of cold water first! Generally i feel full and then get distracted on to another task! If you eat anything after 8 PM ~ try almonds, crunchy, salty and fulfilling. Hang in there... the Mental part is most our battle!
