  • she has recently purchased a polar favor from good old ebay but it only measures heart rates, it gives upper and lower ranges to work with in but no calories burned, taking a quick look around the web earlier several of the polar systems only measured heart rates,

  • i know how you feel, i have stuck at my weight for months now BUT and it the but that keeps me going i have lost nearly 3" off my waist so keep at and dont give up, have you measured??
