Lots of fruit and veggies! Turkey or veggie dogs instead of the real ones, whole wheat buns for them. Really, when I go camping I eat the same as at home. MFP won't let you eat less than 1200 calories a day, therefore to be able to lose more than 1.4 a week, you will have to increase your exercise to make up the difference. I;m in the same boat - but if you add the exercise - you can do the 2 a week.:flowerforyou:

I wouldn't worry about the 5 pounds. The fact you are weight training sounds like you are putting on muscle. More will come off in time - muscle helps you burn fat. If you haven't taken measurements, I would suggest that. Even if your weight isn't dropping off, I would think your measurements would be going down. Good…
