I'm a 52 yr old mom, contract manager, girl scout troop leader and I enjoy gardening and painting. I've just gotten back with MFP this past month and am down 5 lbs. So, my goal is 20 lbs in 4 months even before I saw this. I've also started a strength and conditioning program 3 x week. Tough work

I'll join! I'm re-dedicating myself to losing additional weight. I am 50 years old and ideally would like to lose another 25 lbs. It is a bit different, my body doesn't respond as easily.

Hey out there, so I turned 50 back November and I lost +20 lbs in 2012. Almost a year to do it but had some foot injuries that curbed my activity last fall. Yes, October was challenging but I reached my halfway point of my weight loss goals. Slow month for weight loss, maybe a couple pounds, but November here I come. I would like to lose 10 lbs by the year end.

If tracking food is hard, try to take one meal and make it a no-brainer. Take my breakfast, I blend protein powder, fresh fruit and either almond milk or fruit juice. I can make it in a minute and drink it in a minute. Done. Then you've cut down on thought, worry but really jumpstarted your day. I will tell you that I was…
