  • I'm a 52 yr old mom, contract manager, girl scout troop leader and I enjoy gardening and painting. I've just gotten back with MFP this past month and am down 5 lbs.   • Yes, October was challenging but I reached my halfway point of my weight loss goals. Slow month for weight loss, maybe a couple pounds, but November here I come. I would like to lose 10 lbs by the year end.
  • If tracking food is hard, try to take one meal and make it a no-brainer. Take my breakfast, I blend protein powder, fresh fruit and either almond milk or fruit juice.
