I started at 146lbs roughly, and am now 135lbs and it's night and day. Within 30 days I noticed a change in muscle definition and the way clothes fit. Within a few more weeks following that (where I am now) I find that my muscle definition is really starting to push through. I think ten pounds is noticeable on most people.

I grew up on classic rock, and have a station saved in my favorites to listen to when I feel like it. I can't say my favorites because growing up with it, I listened but didn't collect. I download songs now and no longer buy CD's but a lot of the bands listed had songs I enjoyed.

Average sized body??? Define "Average" I hate the term because let's face it for some women average is 180 and for others it's 115lbs. How about just Body Acceptance? :drinker: I am 5'8.75", (some say 5'9") I have two babies. I currently weigh 138lbs, and my goal is 128lbs. I am a tight size 7.
