700 calories? That's a good amount. 2 vodkas and diet colas (140 calories) and a cheeseburger (400 calories) still less than 700 calories. (540) Maybe make it 4 vodka (shots) and a diet cola. lol.

My range is 133 up to 138, I feel my fittest and best at these weights. Sometimes the scale will drop to 132, and sometimes it gets up to almost 140 depending on time of month and what not.

Congrats on your loss so far, what type of activity do you intend to do? I like circuit training, and HIIT. I debate lifting weights now to increase lean muscle since I am in my thirties. Keep up the great work!

I have been using this site for years, I have been logging pretty well for the past six months but not as dedicated as I usually am. My trainer suggested high protein snacks (chicken breast. Low fat cottage cheese) probably the best choices. Honestly my night ritual now is usually carbs (a few light beers) I haven't gained weight...it really is calories in calories out.
