Goal: lose 40 lbs

Hi. Kim here. The years and the pounds seem to be adding up, so I joined here. Have started with making workouts more consistent and cutting out the junk food.

    Good luck! I started post baby #2 at 165lbs, I have maintained 135-140 with MFP, but MFP has gotten me too my ultimate goal when I follow it to a T and log everything. This site will be very helpful if you are honest with it! Plus there are a lot of other people, likely many with your exact weight/height/goals to be friends with.
