I used to drink EVERY weekend but have been trying to find balance lately. I haven't had a drink since September (woop-dee-doo I know) haha but it's getting easier to pass it up as time goes on. It definitely is easier to lose weight without the crazy weekend drinking/middle of the night eating! This weekend I'm staying in…

Ouch, reading all these is painful!!! I have a million scars (thanks to motocross) but my right leg in itself is pretty impressive I think haha. My right leg is basically a giant scar... I have six scars on my thigh/hip from when I broke my femur and got a metal rod put in. I have a smiley face looking thing (or frown face…

I tried the red kind...fruit punch I think? It was really bland so I ended up having to dump in like a quarter of the bottle to make it taste anything like Crystal Light. Figured that would be too expensive of a habit for me so I gave it up lol! EDIT: Totally missed the fact that you were talking about Mio Energy! Dang it!…

I have my key on a small carabiner and i hook it onto one of my bra straps. Doesn't bother me while running and it would take me doing some crazy cartwheels or something for it to ever have the chance of coming unhooked & falling off! :)

It kicks your butt! Personally, I think it puts 30 day shred to shame...I'm on my second round of it and almost ready to start Level 2 again (not looking forward to it lol) my heart rate is sky high the entire time. Yesterday I wore my heart rate monitor and burnt 410 calories doing Level 1...not bad for a 30 minute…

Homemade protein peanut butter cup?! Would you mind sharing the recipe? That sounds amazing.

I love Jillian Michael's "Yoga Meltdown." It's a hybrid style of Yoga which I think is great for beginners because it doesn't focus on flexibility and perfection in the poses. It is more about learning the poses while repping them out so you keep your heart rate up at the same time. It has 2 levels also so you have…

I had a protein shake after my workout this morn... 8 oz fat-free milk, 1 scoop whey protein, half a banana and a handful of ice. Feels like a treat!

Weekends are tough, I always give myself one day to eat whatever I want and reward myself...but it is definitely hard to not let that spread to the entire weekend. Just remember its never too late to get back on track. All it takes is one day of smart eating and exercise and I bet you'll be feeling a lot more motivated.…
