Yum I love anything curry! I made roasted broccoli for the first time yesterday and I'm kind of sad I've lived this long without it haha it's SO much better than steamed!

yumo thanks for sharing! im always looking for ways to choke down avocados haha not a huge fan! i make something real similar to this but use greek yogurt in place of the avocado...super good.

Last night I finally made something I found on Pinterest...I'm always pinning and never cooking lol! I made Spaghetti Squash Pad Thai and it was soooo good haha can't wait for leftovers! I don't know if anyone knows what I'm talking about, but this totally reminds me of Jim Gaffigan's stand-up about hot pockets!! It's a hot pocket in a hot pocket! We'll call it a hot pocket hot pocket lol

I make the same thing every morning after lifting, its simple & delicious! -Cup of almond milk -Half banana -Handful of spinach or kale -1 tsp of psyliium husk/chia seeds or flax (you can omit this if you don't have it) -Handful of ice -1 scoop whey (I use Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard)

I believe the app is only available for IPhones right now (I have a droid too) but I have just been using the website. It's super easy! You can check & see if your insurance offers any deals through the site once you sign up...why not? Might as well get some $$ out of all our sweatin haha ;)

I'd ask my Dr. for a prescription to see a Physical Therapist. Even to go for just one session so they can show you how to strengthen that area. I've worn compression sleeves for my leg before and they kind of helped...you could give that a shot!

My chest strap for my HRM keeps falling down & I've got it tightened up all the way...not too sure that that's a victory tho haha it's really annoying!

I love a hard boiled egg with an apple, totally satisfies me! Or like 10 almonds instead of the fruit. You can cut bananas up in slices and put PB inbetween two pieces to make little sandwiches & freeze them. Kinda fun :)

I'm 5'7" and was stuck at 135-140 FOREVERRR. I've always worked out 3-5 x/week and ate fairly clean. The only thing that helped me get down to where I am now (125) is lifting heavy and cutting out most of the alcohol in my diet. Sadly...haha getting water wasted these days.
