I use vanilla body fortress and I always use water. I also add frozen fruit and chobani yogurt to make smoothies. Tastes very yummy.

I love running I started out slow and did something similar to the c25k program but I basically ran as long as I could and eventually got up to being able to run for 30 minutes without walking. I just read today that she miscarried the 20th baby. They found out in an ultrasound that was to determine the sex of the baby. They are going to name it and have services for the baby.

My scale will do that occasionally. So at my weigh in I weigh myself 3 times the first time it sometimes says a weird weight and the 2nd and 3rd time it says the same weight (obviously different from the first). I have had it for probably 2-3 years without changing the batteries... I guess I might want to try that too. :)

I would say do both. I would love to do zumba but I can't get my coordination good enough to keep up. I have done and am currently on level 2 of Jillian 30DS. Some people don't see a lot of weight loss with Jillian but when u take measurements... that is where it really shows. A 20 minute workout that will totally kick…

I'm on level 2 of the shred and it is kicking my *kitten*!! In one week with Jillian I lost 1.5 inches off my thighs combined and 1/4 off my hips. Push yourself through it. Take measurements and pictures these will really help show your progress because sometimes the scale doesn't :) Keep it up!

Keep at it! You will get great results if u eat right and keep with the plan. :) You will notice more in losing inches throughout the month than pounds be patient.
