Thank you for sharing!! Can't stand all the negativity seriously people grow the hell up! I agree with cheat meals or days once in a while if you can handle it. If you don't like it don't do it!! Very simple :bigsmile:

I agree with all the above advice. Buy a food scale and use it, adjust your calories in your goal settings and I would invest in a HRM to know how many calories you are burning when working out. <-- way more accurate than MFP or guessing.

I clip my watch onto my bra/ workout shirt strap I have never had an issue with it getting bumped. That's all I got but I hope it helps ;)

I don't agree with starving my body of the fuel it needs so I always eat more than 1200. Im at 1710 plus I eat at least half of my workout calories. I increase my water intake by at least 3-6 more glasses than usual and continue exercise even though I feel blah! I also try to fit whatever I might be craving, within reason, into my daily log. I drink tons of water (helps with the bloating) and make sure to exercise I feel it helps me. I try to stay strong when the cravings come but sometimes its tough. Hang in there it really is the worst but we can do this!!

My Dad used to put cruise control on and run between mile markers... I see that being more of an exercise than just plain driving. If you won't be able to fit in a workout I say maybe do some running in place while driving see how long you can do it. If you stop at a rest stop or for gas get out and do some walking,…
