  • Try using "Calisthenics (pushups, sit-ups), vigorous effort" on the exercise tab. It should be fairly accurate. To accurately figure out how many calories you burned try this website: http://www.braydenwm.com/calburn.htm and input the data required. Don't worry about the VO2 max box. Hope this helps.

  • Try something with peameal bacon (aka Canadian bacon), cottage cheese, shakes, peanut butter.
  • The strength section is to keep track of the weight/sets/reps you're lifting. This way you can check your gains in strength periodically and see if you're gaining, staying the same or losing strength.
