  • I use MIO, and I always count that as water...it helps me drink about 12 glasses a day. Mio doesnt have any calories or sugar in it.

  • I love trail running! I find that I am able to go further and faster on a trail versus a treadmill. Probably because I dont get bored! It is also nice because I can have my dog off lead and we both can have fun with it.

  • I saw on another post here to order a Vodka and Water and then add MIO to it. I tried it and it is great. That way you are only getting calories from the Vodka and you can change up the flavor by using different MIOs.
  • I have been wondering why it is I seem to lose weight after my day off from the gym rather than the day after the gym! I knew your muscles break down and then repair themselves, but I never thought about them swelling! This totally explains the variations! Thanks!
  • I understand. I am blessed up top, but completely lacking down below. I actually find that I tend to lean when I sit because otherwise it starts to hurt.   • Mine is pretty even between lunch and dinner. I try to eat smaller meals and more snacks throughout the day. This seems to keep the hunger away!
