they can be as high as 210 though if you don't ask for half sugar/alternative sweetner with half sugar its around 110 im not sure about with alternative sweetner because ive never had it

oh god this thread title xD but yeah you sound pretty safe with broiled or grilled salmon and veggies make sure to ask them not to add butter to them as far as a low cal drink if you dont like wine, stick to bacardi and diet coke. it wields only 64 calories.

banana and peanut butter sounds like solid advice, and maybe some dry cerea tool if that doenst fill you up. i also liked the string cheese idea. maybe boil some eggs the night before too? breakfast can be really easy if you plan it before you're groggy and in a hurry at 6am.

yeah hes married and thats a done deal. best to just leave it alone. best case scenario he cheats on his wife with you and leaves her then you're stuck in a relationship with a cheater even if you love him do you think youd be able to trust someone that you knew cheated on someone else? ;{

try weighing yourself once a week instead of daily (i know its hard omg i still cheat sometimes) its totally normal for your body to fluctuate 2-4lbs daily so dont let it get you down if you dont believe me try weighing yourself before and after going to the bathroom (you know what i mean)

try drinking only light beer bud light and miller make low calorie options (i prefer the bud light one, i think its called bud light 55) most bars have them as for mixed drinks stick to bacardi and diet coke, only 65 calories! and of course my favorite, a glass of red wine. you cant go wrong there (just stop at one)

hmm my best suggestion would be to get a whole wheat tortilla and fat free cheddar add lots of veggies to it! try to make the focus in the quesadilla the vegetables and use cheese just to hold them together if you have to put meat in it try ground turkey salsa will add a lot of flavor too. if fresh homemade isnt an option…

oh god yes especially if im pushing myself really hard if im drinking lots of water during my workout it seems to help but ive heard from some people that water during a workout is a bad idea? bottom line idk but im here with you on this one ;{

the most accurate way to do it might be to log the minutes of whats actually being done 3 minutes of jumping jacks 2 minutes jump rope 4 minutes stomach crunches 3 minutes jogging in place etc
