  • I'm 5'15,with pretty small body frame. My current weight at 120 lbs, and would like to get to 110 lbs. But it's all down to my body fat percentage which is currently at 26%. I estimated that when I get to 110 lbs my body fat percentage should be down to 20-21%, that's if I loss 10 lbs of fat ,not lean body mass.
