I am on level 1 day 9. As for calories burned when I wear my HRM it's 250 - 280 I am 5'8" 178. So scared of level 2! But I won't know until I try. Someone suggested turning Jillian's voice off and listening to good music while working-out I can't believe how fast the 20mins go by. We can do this!

L1D6 haven't weighed or measured promised myself I would wait until day 30. I can totally tell the difference in my endurance and form. awesome!
