Bump. I like using my springform pans for cheesecake. Anyone know for sure if this recipe is okay for that?

They don't work. We had one in our shed and I bought this contraption. Little **** ate the peanut butter without the door closing. I picked it up and set it down on the shelf and the door shut so they ARE crafty.

I've searched and searched, I can't find any validity to this claim. I still mix with soy and haven't had any issues. If you find something, let me know. Seems like an odd thing to say.

I am just starting a weight lifting program and did my first log today but on the "New Rules for Women Lifting Weights" group, someone posted this link with what your progress should be. It is interesting but I will admit I haven't taken the time to do research into the validity of the numbers.…

Great information! I am just getting started with lifting and need all the guidance I can get!

I switched to maintenance mode about a month ago and this site raised my calories from 1300 to 1910 and that number scared the you-know-what out of me so I lowered it to 1770 and lost 4 more pounds. I decided since I was happy with my size, it was time to add a little muscle so I bought the "New Rules of Liting for Women".…

Here is what I have to compare it to: Light Chocolate Soy: Serving 1 cup - 90 calories, 1.5g fat 15 carbs, 2g fiber, 3g protein. Regular Soy: Serving size 1 Cup - 100 calories, 4g fat, 8 carbs, 0g fiber, 7g protein. Organic Skim: Serving size 1 Cup - 100 calories, 2.5g fat, 12 carbs, 0g fiber, 8g protein.

After lifting I will mix my protein powder with chocolate soy milk, yes, I am addicted to chocolate. haha A guy at GNC said I shouldn't mix it with soy milk after a workout, only water. He had to answer the phone so I didn't get to ask him why. Seems silly to me. Anyone heard of this?

Thanks Nyla, I am a garlic and onion powder addict!! So my mouth is already watering!! Was it easy to find skinless wings in the database when you entered the recipe?

This happened to me on opening day. I was chatting with the ladies behind me who had a jar of curry sauce and I said to them, I wish it was like Costco where they had samples. An employee was walking by and said, let me grab you a jar and pop it open to try. It was CRAZY BUSY but he was back in a few minutes, popped the…

Agreed. Simply walking at that rate would be a good way to start. I wonder what their heart rates are when they are running at 400 pounds.

I hope someone posts a recipe for baked, no skin not wings.... I miss wings so much. lol

We just had one open a few weeks ago. I love it. It's a grocery store but you will find a lot of ethnic food (LOVE the curry sauces), organic items and allergen free things. I bought the snickerdoodles and didn't see they were made without the 8 most common allergens and they were delicious!! You should check it out.

I love her voice!! Gives me goosebumps!

I have mine plugged into a surge protector but something similar happened to me and there was a "Master Reset" button I had to push. Mine is the Proform Cross trainer.

I just bought the GNC powder (guy mixed me a sample in the store with water and it tasted really good) and the guy told me that if I am drinking the shake right after my workout NOT to mix it with soy milk. I was walking out the door and his phone was rining when he said this so I didn't stand around to ask why. Anyone…

I mix mine with Soy milk, regular or chocolate and I throw a scoop of EAS Whey Powder in there too and sometimes a banana. Delicious!

Here is a quote that I found particularly humorous: "For example, if you weigh 230 pounds and lose 30 pounds, you cannot eat as much as an individual who has always weighed 200 pounds. You basically have a "caloric handicap," says Ryan. And depending on how much weight people lose, they may face a 300-, 400- or even…

I have the Sportline Duo 1010 and I hated it at first, wouldn't hold my heart rate and things but I think I've gotten the bugs worked out. Before each use, I take a wet washcloth and wipe down all of the plastic on the chest strap, not just the middle, as well as the back of the watch and it does a lot better.

Thanks Jesung, really excited to get started on this stage of my journey!

Thanks MyCoach! So if I am presented with the Pyramid, what should I say? I am concerned with consuming a higher level of calories just because my body isn't used to it. My go to has become almonds, love them but the fat is high so usually at the end of the day I have a lot of calories and few fat.

I make this joke all the time. In womens I am in an 8, in juniors a 10-11. Like teenage girls don't have enough self image issues, companies make their sizes bigger? WTH? lol

I completed this dvd a couple of months ago and I thought off all 3, L1 was the most intense.

Almonds are always my go to when I need to up my calories. Also, peanut butter with an apple is a great treat.

I just switched to maintenance mode which upped my calories from 1300 to 1910 and that number freaked me out so I lowered to 1770. I am down another 4 pounds. I am nervous about eating 1910 a day but I want to stick with 1770 for a few more weeks and see how it goes.

I LOVE mine! Like many people said it depends on what your issue is but it takes the pressure off my lower back and the stretch feels great. I've just started attempting inverted sit-ups. I am only to 13 right now but my goal is to hit 50.

Cracklin Oat Bran. I know it looks like cat food but it is really good. If I have a sweet tooth, I will eat some of the kids whole grain cocoa puffs. Pre-heath aware it was Peanut Butter CapNCrunch mixed with Cocoa Puffs...
