  • I agree, I thought 30DS was easier than RI30. You should look at some of Bob Harper's workout videos. He is intense and you can use as much weight as you want. Most of his videos have a short and long version too.

  • Watch out for a lot of those MP3 players. I got one for my son last year and returned it. This particular brand required you to pay monthly to keep the songs. Once you downloaded them, they were NOT yours to keep.

  • This may sound odd but I use low or non fat cottage cheese as my side. A little garlic/onion powder and pepper makes it feel like more of a mashed potato type side for me.

  • You need to get checked right away. It sounds like what happens to be when I eat shell fish. Allergys can be progressive, meaning right now it swells, further exposures could cause it to swell larger or cause your tongue to swell as well.

  • I think the OPs question is regarding the fat content. The grill claims there is less fat in your food because of the way it is cooked. I have ran into the same problem with my Nu-Wave oven. You consume less of the fat but really, there is no way to tell.
  • My son likes the Bob Harper series. He does "Pure Strength" and "Intense Core" they are both 55-65 minutes each but they usually have a 10-20 shorter version on the disc too.
