A little pathetic, if someone told you you were far too old to be on a site it's the same thing. How a month makes a difference I do not know.

Erm well considering I'm 18 in November does it matter?

You've probably damaged your metabolism. I know women in their 60's who've never dieted in their lives and eat a good 2000 calories a day and are around bmi 22-23. Low calorie diets slow down the metabolism and cause the body to lose muscle & conserve fat. When you gain, you gain back more fat & look flabbier & heavier due…

Atleast swap the chicken breast for Turkey breast & some fish. Can you eat chicken 3 times a day every day?
-
I would recommend you working out your macros that you want. Then adding all this, and reducing some of it to allow for a small treat at the end of the day. Clean eating can be done, however this is restricting. Clean eating is possible, but you need to find healthy eyes to bake and treat yourself.

You don't necessarily have to calorie count every day. If you eat cereal for breakfast, weigh the cereal and see the calories. Don't track the calories but weight the same amount out until roughly you know by sight a good portion. Know how many calories are in the bread you eat, meat etc, and the oil, Don't count if but…

What brand? I live in the uk they well lotus biscoff but it's ingredients include sugar, vegetables oils which I think isn't good.

Can you do gluten free pasta and things? Yes drink at least 2 litres a day :)
-
That sounds good! I will try that soon :)
-
There are often ones full of refined sugar, very high in fat with lots of oils & preservatives.
-
Try nutritional yeast. Sprinkle on pasta or blend with cashews lemon & mustard to make a cheesy sauce, For yogurts coconut yogurt or google DeliciouslyElla''s almond cashew yogurt.

I made a decision to eat wholefoods and as healthy as possible, including lots of new fresh food in my diet, I only meant to cut out bad stuff 5 days a week but I never eat any of this stuff anymore now that I think about it. Cheese. I knew I had to cut out dairy due to ibs and I loved cheese. It was hard at first but now…

what are you currently eating during the day minus the binges? If it's sugary or overly processed, you might not be satisfying your body nutritionally and it's crying out for nutrients. If its low fat, low carb, or low calorie it is the same. Is it emotional binging? you need to establish the reason behind this.

depends. I found it has- I found I craved sweet stuff after diet coke but on days where I didn't I didn't crave sweet stuff. Some people find it prevents them from snacking. I find I sleep better and that's a crucial part of not over eating the next day. Give it a trial and see.. if you see no change in appetite or sleep…

I do not drink soda every day, however I've noticed they can make things worse. I'm wheat intolerant so that might have been why for some products and also there's ingredients like cane sugar, canola oil which aren't necessary idk. I know the plain quorn like chicken pieces are slightly better however quorn is processed…

-
ok thankyou! I've cut out most refined sugar/ sweet junk food/ wheat but still eat processed things like crisps, doritos, popcorn and soda and things like that which I'm trying to cut down on and hoping to eliminate soon:) Ok thankyou :) i'll try making notes and see:)
-
That's good to know, I'm ok with around 40% of my diet being carbs :)
-
I've read lot's of nutrition research regarding how carbs turn into sugar in the body, and sugar is stored as fat if the body is overloaded with it. I guess I could try and ease up and eat a few more and see how it impacts me.

under 100g :)

-
Will do! Thankyou for the responses everyone :)
-
Ok Thankyou :) I will be eating chicken or Turkey in the evenings at dinner time but I wanted to make an effort to eat more protein from food sources in the day rather than rice & hemp protein which is expensive :)

Why are you so incredibly judgemental? I explained to my friends I am eating this way to help various illnesses. However when we go to the cinema or sleepovers they do not grasp that I do not want to eat that way, so it becomes a topic because I unfortunately stick out. They never say okay. You know nothing of the…

I realised after, thus why I responded.

I don't. My friends at lunch all eat sandwiches crisps etc and were curious as to why I suddenly changed so much. Why are you so quick to judge that I must be flaunting my awesome lifestyle? I don't exactly sit and go 'look kale I'm so clean and healthy' No different is saying I eat 90% clean or whole foods to saying that…

No. I meant educated as in I'm educated about how to eat in order to deal with my ibs, long term pcos, balance hormones & blood sugar.
-
Nope there isn't however it triggers my ibs. Nothing is wrong with gluten I just can't digest it.
-
I wish I could, but even small amounts causes problems. I'd rather abstain then cause myself discomfort. But you're lucky.
-
I I only respond. I have explained many times I'm trying to help with health issues and I meant I feel left out as there's no one else who necessarily finds enjoyment from clean cooking & healthy lifestyle blogs.
