You know, I did it once before I knew the rules and it wasn't even really advertising. I answered a question about a Beachbody product. Can't all of you just get over it and move on? I was informed of the rules and have followed them since.

I'm so relieved to see your post! I've been on MFP for a couple of years but just started using the message boards a couple of days ago. I honestly just wanted to get new friends and help other people be successful (I've been within 5 lbs of my goal weight for over 2 years now) but I found myself being attacked. I'm not…

Drink it every day and it's made a huge difference in my health and weight loss. My husband and daughter also drink it daily. Many of my friends and family also drink it with great results. It's not just a protein shake but a healthy meal replacement that doesn't have chemicals like so many others have.

Yes that is true and I was not aware of the rule at that time. I just started using the message boards and I had done a look at the FAQs and didn't see anything against it so I am no longer breaking that rule. It was an honest mistake but thanks for continuing to point it out. I'm not sure what you have against me. I'm…

The purpose of challenge groups is to make sure that people who purchase a program are successful with it. That's the whole reason -- not to drum up sales. This is the follow through to make sure they do the program, answer questions, let them work with other people who are doing the same program, vent their frustrations,…

I got it at Summit and did it last week. My results were on the low end of what my other friends experienced. I lost 3 lbs but I had been sick the weekend before (I started it on Monday) and hadn't gotten back to my normal exercise routine yet. Most of my friends lost 5-10 lbs and we've all kept it off. Starting on Day 4,…

1200 calories would be too few...you should eat back your exercise calories. I agree that MFP and also most cardio machines tend to overestimate the calories burned so if you're using that to get your exercise calories, you might not want to eat back all of them. I recommend using a heart rate monitor - I like the Polar…

Great job!!

That is awesome! You are doing great!!

She asked about the Shakeology cleanse so I responded with the current information.

I'm sorry and I'm not trying to argue in this thread but I do feel like I need to present real facts when untruths are being presented as facts. The 3 Day Shakeology Cleanse was never something that was sold. The 3 Day Refresh is not a repackage version. It's actually closer to a shortened version of the Ultimate Reset…

If you were a Beachbody coach and it was all about sales, you were doing it for all the wrong reasons. it's all about helping people and ending the trend of obesity. We all started out as customers ourselves and became coaches because we want to share our results with other people so they can get the same results. It's all…

Meal timing does matter..it makes a huge difference whether you eat all your calories in one meal or spread them out over 5-6 meals a day. That's what he was saying. One big meal will put your body into starvation mode because your body isn't getting a constant flow of fuel.

1600 sounds about right with doing Insanity. Sometimes it takes awhile after you start an exercise program for the weight loss to start so I would just stick with it and just be sure your nutrition is on track. Be sure you're getting enough protein, getting carbs from whole grains fruits and vegetables and not white…

I can easily burn in the 500-600 range for an hour of TurboFire or Insanity so that seems reasonable. Have you lost weight? Lighter people burn less calories. Otherwise I would say you are either unintentionally doing it at a lower intensity or possibly your HRM is cutting out sometimes during the class and losing your…

I've had luck with people starting with T25 who have never done exercise before and also have a lot of weight to lose. What I tell everybody is to start out following the modifier and even then they may not be able to do everything at first but stick with it for the full 25 minutes even if they are just marching in place.…

I also use MapMyRun to track my distance and wear a Polar FT60 heart rate monitor to monitor my heart rate. That's more important that speed.

I just started running in May but I've been exercising regularly 6x a week for years so I started out in good shape. I've never been a runner so I'm slow. When I started out, I couldn't run more than about 2 1/2 miles without a walk break and that was around 11-12 minute mile depending on the day. I got up to about 5 miles…

I haven't looked at your diary, but just based on the previous posters information if you are doing Insanity and only eating 1200 or less calories then you are eating too little and that will stall your weight loss. In the nutrition guide that comes with Insanity, there is a chart that determines your caloric needs and you…

I use MapMyRun and like it a lot. I'm really not sure what the difference is between it and MapMyFitness but most of my running buddies are using MapMyRun.

I also see a lot of people saying that they aren't "eating back" the calories that they burn. Keep in mind that Myfitnesspal is calculating your calorie needs on a net basis. For example, it says I need a net of 1200 calories a day. If I didn't "eat back" my calories burned I would be eating way too few calories a day to…

I never trust the calorie burns on the equipment. It always seems to be overstated. I always wear a Polar heart rate monitor when I'm working out and use that reading to get my calorie burn. It has a chest strap and you load your age, weight, gender, etc. and it takes all of those into account using your heart rate while…

I'm on week 3 of PiYo and I'm running a PiYo group on Facebook. Love it! I really think PiYo is a great fit with running because it is so easy on your joints and gives strength and cardio training while also increasing flexibility. I'm doing my own PiYo/running/TurboFire hybrid. I think it's a great program that anybody…

I always accept...love getting new friends! :)

It means what is done is done so just move on and get back on your plan. Also, just because you fall off the wagon for a meal doesn't mean it has to turn into a whole day - get back on track with the next meal. Eat according to your plan right away. Always remember that this is a lifestyle change, not a "diet", so you will…

T25 is an awesome program! I had great results with it and I've had several people do great with it! One of my challengers has lost over 50 lbs with T25 and Shakeology!

Hi! Your frustration is normal! Are you doing any kind of exercise? What is your diet like? I would be happy to take a look at give you feedback. It does matter what and when you eat -- not just how much.

My first question would be whether you are sure that you are using good form on your squats. Your knee should never go forward past your toes when doing a squat - the motion is more like sitting in a chair (backwards). There are still people that can't do squats but that fixes a large majority of people who think they…

I noticed that nobody responded earlier in the thread about Shakeology. Here is a link to the ingredients and science behind it. http://www.shakeology.com/the-science It doesn't use artificial ingredients or soy and includes more nutrition than any of these other hakes.
