Went shopping for a new pair of jeans. Had to keep trying on smaller sizes! Went from a 28wp to a 22wp! AND from. 4x top to a 1x!

We tried the black bean spaghetti ones the other evening. They were good, but they seemed to release a lot of the water they had absorbed into the sauce. Yes, I did drain them well and rinsed them as directed. Family was not too impressed. I have a pkg of the Mung bean noodles to try also.

I am fairly new to yoga practice. You all give me hope! Currently I attend a Vinyasa class once a week. There is a yin yoga class available I may check out this week. I have a very tight right hip and today at class I noticed I could manipulate it more and that was very exciting!

I make mine with 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt, 8 oz 2% milk, 2 tbsp PB2, 1 scoop of either Vanilla or Chocolate Body Fortress Whey Protein Powder, 7 ice cubes. Blend it up and it gives me a large protein shake to drink on the way to work. Holds me till lunch, tastes great.
