MotionTraxx....from a free ipod podcast...music broken down in bpm so i can accomodate the music to the pace i can/want to run/jog at. keeps me going when i really just feel like throwing in the towel!

If you want him to bring home take out, suggest a delite pizza from papa murphys. Here's the link for th nutritional content. 2 slices isn't so bad if you get out and walk a bit that same day.
