I use some olive oil and drizzle the broccoli lightly and I use the McCormicks lemon pepper seasoning on there. I usually go by smell or I eye it. Then I bake it till the broccoli is golden brown

A good protein I use sometimes is the Vega proteins and green in vanilla. That one helps me get enough protein if I've done a more intense workout some days(From a current vegan)

I've been vegan for 3 months now and 1 years before this. Before that I was vegetarian for 1 year. I'd love to be friends with anyone. Lately though I've been a junk food vegan since I'm in college and on a budget. This month I'm hopefully getting better with eating more veggies and fruits once the warmer weather comes.

I used to eat like how she does "smashing in the carbs" as she says. What happened to me was I gained like 5 pounds. Personally I don't think eating as many carbs as she does, since there is no balance. While our body needs the carbs, protein and fats shouldn't be avoided too.

What helps is uping your fat intake and eating more calories dense food like loads of rice, potatoes, etc. Just make sure you're eating enough cause I don't know exactly what you're eating. What I used to when i ate meat was I would got to a Mexican food store and buy however many pounds of chicken i needed. Then i wold buy lots of food thats dry and keep those stocked. What made me gain weight even with eating healthy was eating 1,500+ in fruits a ton of bananas to. Also just loading up on carbs (good carbs) mad me gain like 5 pounds in close to a month.

I usually can spend 40 to 70 a week if I don't have that much. But if I had some extra money I can easily spend upwards around close to 100. But I also eat vegan so I buy a ton of fruits and veggies and buy all the dry foods in bulk. It has saved me so much money.

That happened to me some time ago. It used foods I ate during the summer. I don't know why though.

What I do is I weigh myself every week. Expect when I'm on my period since I get bloated pretty easily. I always when I wake up after I've used the bathroom and haven't drank any water.
