I am 5'4 and 3/4" haha so I usually say that I'm 5'5" I started at 214 lbs and have never been lighter than 189 in my adult life until now. I am 150 now and I used to always think this would be my goal but I am surprised at how much fat I still have on my body! I'm thinking my goal is going to be closer to 120 now! How do…

When I used to go to LA Weight Loss, way back when, they said that the saying is "2 to show, 4 to go" meaning it takes 2 days for bad food to show on the scale and 4 for it to go... So, say you had a binge or ate poorly today (Friday) it would show on the scale Sunday and, as long as you've been on track diet wise since…

I've been doing P90X since April 8 - it's my FAVE program!!! Good luck!!

That's awesome for one week!! I had very similar results from the week one... and then I decided I am going to do measurements at the end of each phase, instead of each week, but I have lost just about 4 lbs in the first 3 weeks, which I'm happy with!! :)

If you have looked at any P90X success stories there are quite a few of people who had amazing weight loss results from doing the program... Anything that builds muscle is great for fat loss which of course = weight loss :) Make sure you are drinking enough water, that's the biggest thing when people start a new workout…

I am doing P90X right now - today is day 19 and I am following the lean program... I will be posting pics at the end of each round, so in another week and a couple days... There is a group called "P90X challenge" there's lots of people on there doing it right now too!

I did C25K at the beginning of my weight loss and I lost a lot of weight and inches in the 10 weeks I did the program for... I wasn't just doing the C25K workouts, I was doing other cardio as well like the elliptical and stuff... But I follow Weight watchers as well, and diet is 80% of weight loss... If you are eating…

p90 only has like 3 dvd's I think and p90x has 12 discs.... There are 3 different programs in P90X, classic, lean and doubles (which is basically doing two workouts a day)... The different workouts for p90x are Cardio X, core synergestics, shoulders and arms, ab ripper X, legs and back, kenpo X, chest and back, etc, etc…

I did my first day yesterday as planned and my whole core is hurting today!!! Excited for Cardio X tonight!!

I use my hear rate monitor to figure how many calories I burn during the workouts... Otherwise though, I'd maybe track it as interval training or, depending which work out you are doing... You could also google calorie calculators that I think can calculate how many calories you burn based on your age, gender, height,…

I have cheat meals not a whole day... Or a cheat evening... Like a dinner that I won't normally eat and allow myself a snack after dinner, which I don't usually allow for myself either! I am doing Weight watchers, so I don't go over my weekly points for that cheat evening, but as long as it fits in and I want it I'll eat…

I am not going to follow the diet plan, I have been doing weight watchers so I will continue to do that!... Eating healthy is key to success with P90X, I did it for 47 days straight before and did not lose anything, cuz I was eating crap!!

In the past I have always subbed the yoga workout with Cardio X or Core Synergestics... I find it super boring too, I have started getting into hot yoga, so I might even plan that my yoga days I will go do hot yoga! :) Personally, for yoga, you need the right setting, for me, I need to be in a yoga studio! I am way too…

I have done it before, but not for the full 90 days! They are intense workouts, but I like the balance of cardio and weight lifting that they offer... And they modify all the moves for beginners as well... Good luck!!
