You could try Oikos by Dannon. I hated Greek Yogurt before I tried that brand. It tastes just like regular yogurt and has 12g of protein!

I feel exactly the same. I can tell a small difference but only ONE friend and my husband have said anything positive about me losing weight. No one else says anything.. it makes it harder when I know the weight is coming off and no on else can see it.

I'm 5'4" and currently weigh in at 180.. this is down from my highest weight ever of 203 lbs. I carry my weight well and don't feel like my body would look healthy at the lower end of my healthy weight. My goal is to be between 135-145, wherever I look the healthiest.

For me, ABSOLUTELY! During my time, I almost always have to eat extra to keep my hunger at bay. But it's usually stuff like chocolate chip cookies or some kind of salty snack :( It's hard to make good food decisions that week!

I have just finished Level 1 of the 30DS (but I spent about 13 days on it, instead of 10) and have really seen the inches come off! I am a weight watcher, though I'm considering dropping my membership. I love the online stuff but I'm not seeing the same results as I was before they switched over to the new Points Plus program. I had lost 23 lbs. and then managed to put about 7 of it back on and it has just stuck.
