Dont shock your body with 2 p90x workouts if its not your norm. Eat up to maintenance on your "off" days.. Come back to the gym (p90x) and get back on your routine as quickly as you can. Easy enough?

stop looking for instant results by weighing yourself everyday. Keep a good meal plan and stick to your guns.. Confirm with the scale once a week or so. If your trying to lose weight, and your meal plan is geared this way.. You wont be seeing any gains.
