Lifter here too! Been lifting since July 15th, 2014. I couldn't imagine not being in the gym. Now it's time for me to take my diet a little more seriously. Feel free to FR me.

I ended up using the gym time as my alone time, break time and even when I needed time to think things through. You have to enjoy what you are doing. So find an exercise activity that you like and stick to it. Whether it's walking, running, zumba, yoga or lifting...just get up and go do it. :) Good luck!

I wear black leggings and go commando. Thongs aren't the most comfortable things, I hate panty lines with regular underwear even those that aren't supposed to show and commando is just more comfortable at those times.
