She is also taking some supplements from her new organic line (Organic Liaison) and one of them is a drink, I imagine it probably has calories in it too. On the season finale last night it said she lost 31.4 pounds in 12 weeks, so she is losing slow and steady.

Starting Week 3 here, finished Core Synergistics today. The moves are getting easier, especially the pushups. Not much weight loss to speak of (2 pounds I think, the scale bounces back and forth each day) but I am definitely feeling stronger and my jeans are starting to fit better! Hope you all had a great weekend!

DAYAM! :noway: That is FANTASTIC!

Kenpo done and looking forward to resting until Monday morning. Have a great weekend and Happy Mother's Day to all you moms!

Mallory, I also have a HRM so I use a custom "p90x" exercise. Legs & Back was today, I was so spent afterward I couldn't even do Ab Ripper. I like Kenpo but have a hard time with the combination of 3-4 different punches. I am very NOT coordinated and the first time with the Jab-Cross-Uppercut thing I was just doing…

I also wanted to add that Polar has a great warranty service, so if you go that route make sure to register your product on their website when you receive it. I've had to mail both my strap and my watch in to them and it was a very easy process.

I had an F4 and upgraded to an F11 a few years ago. Polar makes a great product.

Finished the entire Yoga workout today! Looking forward to Legs & Back tomorrow (I didn't have a pullup bar last week). Have a great day everyone!

Today was Shoulders & Arms and I finally braved Ab Ripper for the first time. Difficult! I have been STARVING the past 2 days so I think my metabolism must be revving up, I just cannot seem to get full for very long!
-
I don't feel that way, usually later in the day I am ready for a nap!  Cardio X done! I am really enjoying p90x, and can see already that I am getting better/stronger.

Core Synergistics done for the second time, much better this week!

How many clothing sizes down did you change?

I discussed the Essure procedure with my OB/Gyn yesterday. He is no longer performing it. His clinic found that when women would come back for the 3 month checkup post-insertion (that is the length of time the mfr recommends for the scar tissue to form in the tubes), they were finding that 10% of patients were still not…

GREAT progress! You can see a big change from the rear view, you look fantastic and congrats on completing 90 days of a difficult program. I just started this past Monday so your pics are very encouraging!

Just wanted to weigh in on the IUD discussion. I had the copper IUD (Paragard) inserted last year about 8 weeks post partum. I wanted a non-hormonal version of BC. Looking back, I wish I had chosen the Mirena instead. My periods while on Paragard were horrible (I never had super heavy periods prior to becoming pregnant),…

Finished Legs & Back this morning. Still do not have a pull up bar so I couldn't do any, I tried to do some pushups instead. Tough workout, I burned 450 calories!

I did the first 60 minutes of Yoga this morning (DD woke up too early today!). It was tough!! There were quite a few moves that I couldn't do at all but I tried and I guess that is what is important.

I did Shoulders & Arms this morning but opted out of Ab Ripper because I am so freaking sore. I am nursing some pain in my lower back and some of the ab exercises really hurt (like the banana move). I did take my daughter and dog out for a 30 minute walk after lunch though, and then helped to work out some of the soreness.…

Finished Day 2 this morning (Cardio X). Am I supposed to also do the Ab Ripper on the same day? Tony mentioned toward the end of the DVD that if you were doing the Lean program, this should be your second workout.
-
Well I had intended to do the workout at 5am before my daughter awoke, but she got up early today. So I had to readjust and did it when she was napping at 10:30. I had already showered and dried my hair and had to start all over again after my workout - I was DRENCHED. LOL. Very intense but I enjoyed it (Core Synergistics)!

The bodybugg doesn't use a strap for your heart rate does it? If not, then I would say the Polar is more accurate since it is taking your heart rate into effect and not just your height/weight.

Hi all, I started p90x today and would like to join your group! This is my first post in the forums but I have been logging here for several months.
