Same here. I was within my goal weight and then motivation went out the window. What makes it harder is that June is a big birthday month - there are about 6 of us that celebrate our birthdays this month and there is always a party with cake and other sweets (sugar is my big problem). To optimize this website start with the BMI tool on the My Home tab and try to track the foods you eat. A lot of people write a daily log and then input the info when they get home. Finding some threads with people working towards similar goals or creating a group yourself can be helpful. There are a lot of things on here…

1) Drink the water..... 2) yoga 3) rest - I have a cold with a sore throat --- ugh... Didn't do the yoga, But I did get in the three waters and rest. Today's goal: 1) water - 3 bottles 2) work out - whatever I feel like doing when I get home 3) Start the desserts for next week - trying some new sweets this year!

Hey folks, Hope it's not too late to join this thread. My three goals for today will be; 1) 3 bottles of water (16.9 fl oz ea) 2) tonight is Yoga night - gotta keep those muscles flexible! 3) don't fret over everything!!!!!!!

I'm disappointed. My weigh in today is 157, same as last week. So I'm ramping up the activities. Hopefully next week will be a better #!

OK, so I didn't post my weigh in last week which was 158, which I normally do Mon mornings. This week the scale says I'm at 155, Wed morning! I'd like to believe that, but I don't think that's correct, so I will use 157 and see what happens on the scales next week! :wink:

OK. It realy sounds good, and it's always helpful to have a goal. SW 160 GW 150
