Arghh well I took 2 days in a row off, 1 was a planned rest day on Sunday and then Monday life got a bit hectic and I wasn't home until late after work so couldn't fit the shred in. I did day 2 of 30 DS yesterday. I had a day off in between days 1 and 2 as was sooo sore especially my thighs and abs. Less sore today though so hopefully my muscles are getting stronger. I hate the skipping jumps though arghhh! There are quite a few groups on here with people doing the DVD. Good Luck though we can…
