I stick to the rules and make sure I eat 1200 calories on top of what I'm allowed for exercise. I'm only losing a few ounces a week but it soon adds up. I have lost 19 pounds in 8 months. My skin hasn't gone flabby and I am rarely hungry. This way it's more likely to stay off so don't be in a hurry !

salmon,sardines, tofu, rhubarb, greens, soy beans, baked beans, cottage cheese, raw broccoli.

I always put down what I plan to eat so that i can work out the amount of exercise i need to do!
