I think this is a common occurrence. Hang in there. Change makes people uncomfortable. I just say thank you. If they push, I let them know that, while they may be uncomfortable, my doctor and I are ecstatic. Good job and here's to your continued success!

:happy: Sums it up! I'd choose whichever indoor means you'll be the most likely to use. I'm a big fan of the treadmill but most of my friends deplore it.

I've had great luck with Podrunner Intervals. They take you pretty gently up to 5k (and then onward if you desire). These mixes combined with MFP have really, really helped. http://www.djsteveboy.com/intervals.html
