I love the 30-day shred, but have chosen to do it about 4 days a week or so because I too run about 5 days a week. I figure the idea is to get in any great workout and mixing it up is probably a good thing. :) Enjoy!

Funny. We have the exact same goals and dates. :) We can make it! (BTW, my vacation is June 20th-- hoping to be 125ish by then!):smile:
