On Sunday nights I boil a dozen eggs for the week so in the morning on the way to work I grab two, plus a banana and some yogurt. Quick and easy out the door.

Congrats to you!!! This is a huge accomplishment!!! I quit about 6 years ago when I found out i was pregnant with my first son. Both my husband and I quit at the same time and have never gone back. Best decision for ourselves and our children. Love that you tracked the stats!!!

Thanks! speaking of, what are suggestions of a good post run breakfast? I usually eat 2 hard boiled eggs and a banana or yogurt. Is this good?

Thanks all for the advice. I'll try going on an empty stomach and see how it goes. I think eating 2 hours before a 6am run is not realastic for me. I like my sleep. ;) It's not a far run so as I increase in distance I will see what works best for me.
