Wow! This is completely commendable of you and very selfless. I don't know many 25 year olds that would take this on. It's ok and completely normal to be frustrated at times. I just want to give you a big hug. Is there anyone else that can help you? Confession: I have more confessions than I can shake a stick at, but…

Hugs! I'm sorry about your mom. I'm sure you are doing the best you can as a mother and your children will appreciate it one day. I know I didn't appreciate my mom growing up. I was a brat and there were many "I hate yous" as a teen, but when I turned 18 and left and became an adult I was able to appreciate her and all…

I have had the watermelon oreos and they are comparable in wonderful goodness to the rootbeer float oreos. It's weird how much they taste like a real rootbeer float. Like there's a fizziness feeling even, like the carbonation on top would be like. And the lemon ones are also to die for. Since this is a confession thread…

I'm mostly a reader and not a replier of the message boards, but I had to say something about this post. Inspirational and wonderfully put. Thank you for me and for all the others who needed this. Congrats on your continued success of happiness and your changed mindset.

I missed Monday and Tuesday since my son was sick but tripled up on Wednesday doing TBC in the morning before work them Speed 1.0 and Lower Focus in the afternoon and then this morning did Cardio. It's not the exact schedule for week 4 but it works.

Thanks for the advice all! I did day 4 yesterday morning then 30 mins of elliptical in the afternoon so this morning my legs were pretty sore already so I decided to split the two into today and tomorrow I'll do the cardio video in the am. Putting the 2 together meant i would have to wake up 30 mins earlier and I just like…

If you don't want to drive to the gym you can find tons of great DVDs or videos on youtube that can help. I am doing T25 right now and I make sure to have my workout clothes by the bed. No excuses. I have even heard people say that they sleep in their workout clothes. Whatever works. Your biggest motivation should be you.…

This morning completed week 1 day 4. and I am sore sore sore... can't wait to get the first week over with and measure and weigh and see if there are some results. I'm not expecting alot since it is the first week, but I wouldn't mind seeing a few changes.

I agree. First day was pretty hard. I only just finished week 1 day 3 this morning so not too far in to give opinions on how I feel since then.

Along with T25 every morning, I plan to do strength training and elliptical machine 2x a week and run once a week. I am in the military and have a running test i have to take in less than 2 months so i'm trying to get a good time on that. Besides that I want to be healthier and lose this excess weight I carry around which…

I'm new around here *waves hello* I completed week 1 day 1 yesterday and this morning completed day 2. I also plan to do the elliptical and strength training this afternoon as well. Wow way to get in 3 workouts in one day. Shoot just 1 is kicking my butt so i couldn't imagine 3. I just started yesterday, Monday and I have to use the modifier sometimes because I just don't feel coordinated enough to do alot of jumping back and forth and all that, but I'm working on it.

Way to stay "FOCUSED"! lol. Serioulsy- awesome job!

Do you need any extra equipment with any of the phases- dumb bells or what not? I want to start this Monday and hoping it will help me increase my cardio endurance as I have a run in 2 months that I am trying to decrease my time. I plan on doing this with added runs during the week.

That is a true success story when you can take something negative and turn it into a positive instead of feeling sorry for yourself and leaving the park you battled it to the end. Awesome for you and good luck on your journey. With that attitude, I know you will be successful in all of your goals.

Wear a HRM a few times to see about how many calories you're burning. I have a love/hate relationship with burpees. lol

Amazing results! I love crossfit and agree that if you find the right place with the right people it can be a positive experience. Congrats on your success and screw the rest of those nay sayers with their unwanted opinions and negative critiques. You tried different things and figured out what worked for you and you enjoy…

This is such a great story and wonderful inspiration for those that struggle with IF. It took 2 years to conceive our first baby so I can relate to that. Congrats to you on your 4th miracle. Happy and Healthy 9 months to you!

It's telling me to go back to bed and don't get out for a week.

You are a great inspiration!! The best part about those photos is the guy in the back lifting a little bit of weight while you are rocking it out with your deadlifts. Shows those boys up!! Keep being awesome!

Hello from Japan! My name is Rachel and I'm active duty Air Force. I did the 30DS after I had my second son, but never made it out of level 1- pitiful I know. So i'm doing it this time and i'm gonna make it all the way through. They say if you do something so many times it becomes a routine and that's my plan- to fit it in…

I'm regretting that decision now...hehe.. I can hardly walk. So i didn't get in day 3 this morning, but i'm going to a crossfit…
