Victoria Secret sports bras are my favorite. Some have built in bras for extra support. I'm a D as well and these are the best in my collection

Should be 1 gram of protein per pound of LEAN body mass (not total body mass). I did a body bod test to get my lean body mass but I am sure there are other ways to attain that information as well.

I learned the hard way that diet is the key to my fat loss. It is absolutely the #1 priority. In a recent study of people who have lost over 100lbs and kept it off, most of the study participants walk daily for cardio. To the OPs point, they enjoy walking and it's sustainable and usually doesn't cost any money. @Anvil_Head…

Have you actually weighed your food to see if you are actually eating 1200 calories? If not, how do you know? I am not sure if you are trying to say that you have lost or gained a pound. It is unclear from your post. Either way, it takes more than a week. This will take patience and consistency. Stick with it! Also, be…

Yes, I have used mine about 3 years although I don't use it much anymore. Its a great product. I think mine is a Ft4. I also learned that it cannot accurately measure calories during strength training - only for cardio. I learned that on one of the board here on MFP

You cannot pick a body part (like your stomach) and reduce fat from that body part. You have to lose fat overall and your body will decide where the fat will come off. I may as well send you this link: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/1161603/so-you-want-a-nice-stomach/p1 good luck

This can be tough, but I agree with the other previous postings. Also, once he sees that YOU are serious about a change in your 'diet', he will 'get it'. It takes a while for our families and support systems to see that we are making a permanent and long term change in our lifestyles. If you continue to indulge, he will…

I love Fitness Blender workouts on YouTube. Like the beauty above me said, weight loss is really about being in a caloric deficit. Since you are only 10lbs overweight you probably should expect it to be slow.

Mommies unite!! Start with a little self love. See a doctor if you think you need help with anxiety and depression. Then, start making healthy food choices. I think that's a great starting point. Good luck!! xo

I do not. I gain lots of water weight and bloat at the start of my cycle. I wait a few days and weigh. It's mental
-
good luck! Sounds like you have a lot of good motivation
-
I do not step on the scale during my period...I just don't. I seem to be able to handle the normal day to day weight fluctuations when I am not on my cycle but it turns ugly when I weigh while on it. You should be fine in a few days especially since you mentioned that you haven't changed any habits. Great job on your…

@Krisbusyb it sounds like you have a lot on your plate. It also sounds like you're really doing a good job with things. Don't be so hard on yourself. Remember - you don't NEED exercise to lose weight. All you need to do is be in a caloric deficit. I have a kid and also get up at the crack of dawn for daycare and then off…

Meal prep works so well for me! It's so easy to grab. There are honestly times when I don't want what I have prepped, but I am committed so I eat it and it has truly paid off on the scale. The last thing I want to say it that motivation comes and goes. There will be days you are motivated and days you are not. Keep in mind…

talk to your doctor. Not sure if you are on a long term controller - that might help. I am also asthmatic. Mine is exercise induced and mostly difficult in cold weather so I only need to use a rescue (when needed) inhaler in those conditions. Many people need a daily controller to 'control' their asthma. Learning your…

No, It's not "bad", but a scale will be most accurate. Take a look at the video rileysowner posted above

You are welcome. Track condiments (ketchup, mayo, coffee creamer, salad dressings, etc) It is kind of a pain but it is important. Also, don't rely on the database for measurements. I cant tell by your diary if you are actually using a food SCALE. not measuring cups. That will make a big difference. Check out this link and…

Everyone on this website has their "bad days" or at least their own definition of it. Maybe you could open it just to get help on this topic and close it back. If you don't want to open it, you are probably eating at maintenance calories, not accurately weighing your food, or lacking a bit of patience. For your height and…

@traceyidundun a waist trainer is definitely not necessary. People generally wear them in the gym to sweat more. It wont hurt. I have worn them before. However, you are already doing what it takes to decrease body fat and that's being in a caloric deficit. Like you said earlier, 'patience' and consistency. As your body fat…

Lifting weights will also assist in addition to cardio. You only mentioned cardio above. Sounds like you are already losing fat and on the right track! great job!

you are welcome to add me

Add protein and fat to your breakfast. A warm/hot cup of team might also help.

What @cwoflman13 said. Also, check out Ashley Noccera on youtube. She is also a full time nursing student and might be inspirational. She preps lots of meals and shares how she manages it all. I also use Instagram to fitness and nutritional motivation. Good luck!

My previous trainer tested mine twice using the calipers. I later paid for a 'Bod Pod' at a local facility. She was waaaay off! Her measurements were so inaccurate. My point: just make sure the person knows what they're doing if they use the calipers.
-
why? Is this some sort of a challenge? Start with something you can maintain - something sustainable. I don't want to discourage you if you are excited about it but - think LONG TERM. I suppose if you plan to take a walk each day - that would be realistic. well, good luck!
-
Awesome! you're in the right place. Stay the course and remember the race is not given to the swift but to those that can endure B) consistency and commitment!!

peaches!!!!!! OMG - nothing like a ripe juicy peach! ;)

I utilize low carb. It is what helps me stay in a caloric deficit best, keeps me satiated and is sustainable for me long term. Yes, you will shed a lot of water weight in the beginning - that is true with other approaches as well. Some people are more successful with portion control as the lady above mentioned. Others,…

I agree with the above postings. I have also had a C-section and you need clearance. Also, you can start with your diet - logging and weighing foods. You don't need to exercise to lose weight. You need to be in a caloric deficit. So, there is nothing stopping you from eating right and consuming calories below maintenance.…

@tmoneyag99 was spot on in his comment. I agree with every point. Remember that weight loss is not linear. There are natural daily fluctuations in weight due many reasons (water weight, sodium intake, lack of sleep, etc). Also, don't compare yourself to others. Only compare yourself to yourself. Make sure you educate…
