Funny...I posted the same thread about 30 mins ago wondering the same thing. I actually started with WW back in May and that's where I've lost the majority of my weight. I love that fruits and veggies are free. It's helped me learn to make better choices and actually like fruit. I came back to MFP in January and have been…

I found this on Pinterest and made it one Sunday and it was SOOO good! I love Buffalo anything. Plus I had plenty of leftovers. But buffalo sauce does have a lot of sodium....

That's the one I started with...it was still pretty difficult for me at first and I'm not brand new to exercising. I had been taking Zumba and Step class before that. But I definitely notice my endurance has improved....I'm just looking for more variety.

I love you bestie! I'm super proud of you. I've seen you struggle with different quick fixes and drop out pretty quick. I gotta say, something feels different this time. Oh and are there any other tall girls like me out there trying to lose weight? I'm 5'11" and was SOOOO sick of everybody's response to my weight being "Yeah but you're just so tall, it's okay." No it's not okay to weigh 219 lbs!

Absolutely, although it won't happen in the beginning! My body was adjusting to fewer calories and I felt tired and starving all the time. I'm only 29 but my knees and back hurt constantly. But I really think exercise was what turned things around for me. Now when I DON"T exercise, I can tell a difference in the way I feel.

I'm new also! I've been doing Weight Watchers and have been successful but I'm looking to try something else to meet my goal weight! Please feel free to add me, I can use all the motivation! :)
