Not really a newbie but...
I'm really trying to get more disciplined with running. I trained for and ran a half marathon in October and that really burnt me out on it all. I've slowly started running again, just 3 or 4 miles at a time three days a week. I could really use some friends who run to help me along! Feel free to add me! :)

Help! Don't know what cardio to add....
So I just did a Zumba workout with my cousin on the Xbox Kinect. I have no clue how to figure out how many calories I burned! I searched for "Zumba", or "salsa dancing" on the list and didn't see it.
