Fried strawberry ice cream with powdered sugar!

Well, I didn't have that much to lose but I guess what frustrated me was that I was always tired and felt lethargic. Also, my health was falling slowly; I'm sensitive to my body changing so I really felt the side affects even at the small weight gain. Glad I took action right away though instead of keep letting myself go…

Now that I think about it, probably strawberry cream cheese on bread!! Or breakfast cereals... those are quite addicting. That's why I don't really buy them anymore; actually, I don't buy anything that makes me want to keep eating even after I've had enough, which is practically all "junk" foods.

A lot of random stuff from the fridge since I need to eat them before they go bad. -mango -avocado -boiled egg -baked sweet potato -broccoli I'm gonna have some Earl gray tea as well.

Terribly sorry to hear that happened to you. Your "friend" might have been joking/playing around or thought she was being funny BUT that was a damn rude comment that was obviously meant to make you feel self-conscious and put you down from your efforts. Even if they didn't mean it, they should have assess the person's self…

Omg... I just realized, my dog emotional eats too!! He always gets so excited whenever I come home from work but instead of physically greeting me, he'll randomly snack on his food bowl. .___.

Kimchi fried rice is the best! Followed by kimchi jjigae. That or simply a bowl of rice and a piece of pan fried salmon, picked radish, and some kimchi on the side. Love. <3

Usually eat my last meal around 6, at the latest is 8 pm. I don't really like eating at night... the earlier, the better for me. Eating at midnight or past midnight is an abomination to me. Went clubbing with some friends before and they decided to pig out at a late night Asian restaurant. Oh dear lord... I ate part of the…

Short or daily cooking, I don't log but this one time, I spent freakin 6 hours in the kitchen without rest and felt like I deserved to log it.

I go by the color of my pee and how thirsty I am. I'm barely 95 pounds and can drink up 80 oz per day depending on my activity level but I only go to the bathroom about 4 times per day, not as many as 8 times!! Something must be terribly wrong with me if that research is true. lol

Had an infection on my lower right molar before and needed to get a root canal (and a new tooth) as well. I remember eating lots of rice porridge, eggs, oatmeal, soups, yogurts, and drinking through straws. It's not fun being unable to eat what I liked but... the pain is definitely the worst thing in the world!!

It's filling and good for you, so why not? I like to soak mine overnight in coconut/almond milk with some dried fruits and occasionally baked/mashed sweet potato or carrots. Yogurt makes it thick and creamy. I'm totally obsessed with oatmeal lately.

Small avocado and cheese sandwich and a mango smoothie.

I must be dreaming.

Today, I had overnight oats (steel cut, chia seeds, coconut milk, almond milk, carrot, dates, cranberries, spices). Tomorrow, I'll be eating an egg/avocado wrap and a luna bar (white chocolate macadamia).

Could be a vitamin/mineral deficiency or it could be a problem with your thyroid. Well, the doctor will probably know better. Hope you get well soon!

This sounds like my mom and older sister. They both have body image issues and low self esteem themselves. They'll point out how much I'm eating or whenever I cook, they'll insult it and say things like "oh that's too fatty for me" or " I can't eat that or I'll get fat." There's no such things as real compliments in my…

Seasonal fruits/veggies, buying in bulk, only buy whole, filling foods, not buying processed foods that will still leave me hungry, buy when on sale and definitely take advantage of freezing foods to prevent wasting. That and meal plan to prevent wasting. Oh and grocery apps like checkout 51 helps. :)

Usually don't eat it but when I do, I like melons (cantaloupe or honeydew) with it.

I learned to love running outside. I also like to hike, which explains why I like the outdoors more than the dreaded indoor treadmill. Whenever I run, I feel like I can go anywhere I want; all I need is some water, maybe some dried fruits/nuts and my own two legs. You like hiking, right? Maybe try trail running on some…

I made hayashi rice... a Japanese tomato based curry. This one has thin sliced pork, potatoes, carrots, garlic and onion. The sauce has tomato paste, flour, butter chicken stock, water and rice wine. Simple and easy and very, very tasty!

- Juice (all kinds) - French fries. I make my own baked potato wedges now; no need for fries! - Cookies/cakes/sweets from grocery stores. They taste too sweet now and leaves a nasty after taste for me. :/ - Same with most processed milk chocolates. Bleh. - Same with chips and other similar snack foods. They've been…

This morning, Chia seed yogurt pudding with dried fruits: 1 cup of thick Greek yogurt 1/2 cup almond milk 1 tbsp of chia seeds 1 tbsp maple syrup 1 tbsp of dried cranberries 1 dried date, chopped Mix, leave overnight, eat. I love it!!

Oooo Thanks for the tip, chef! I'll do just that. :)

Yep. For me, it's greasy, overly salty and most sweets. Milk chocolate too leaves a nasty after taste. Bleh...

Okay I usually don't really attempt these diet challenges because I really don't like to limit the foods I eat or restrict to a certain food however, this week seems doable for me. Lol. It will be hard to stay under all week though since I'm usually over a day or two. Challenge accepted!

No actual supper tonight(?). I had a slice of bread with cheese. Then I went on a run with my dog. Afterwards, I ate a small container of greek yogurt with banana and blueberries.
