Take the vegetable like zucchini and shred it to fine pieces. Put them in muffins. You can also use leftover veggie pulp from juicers and do the same or sneak them into meatloaf or something sweet. You can also finely shred things like cabbage, zucchini, green onion, potatoes, wring the heck out of them to get water out,…

Frozen bananas + frozen sliced berries + a little milk = soft served ice cream. Raw carrots + orange juice + cream = yum As you can see, I like simple recipes. Not a bad blender at all.

Suggestions/variations: - Eat wrapped up in nori (seaweed sheets) - Mix with a bit of miso paste for extra flavor - Add chopped green onion - For the adventurous, combine with Natto and miso at the same time. I've been eating this simple meal for years now with no ill effects. I like it best wrapped up in nori. :)

Parents: I am just wondering but would you allow your little boy or girl to drink diet soda every day? Parents who would allow: I'd like to suggest you do a long term study on the effects (if any) for drinking diet soda in children. For the sake of proving your point of course, that diet soda is harmless.

There will always be people food shaming. There will be people who shame those who eat high calorie foods and then there will be those who shames people for eating vegetables instead of high calorie foods. I've experienced both from friends and coworkers. You can't win either way!
