    Kale smoothie and chia seed pudding :smile: my breakfast or lunch meal if I'm in a hurry,

    Kale smoothie:
    2 cups of kale
    1 ripe banana
    1/2 cup mango
    1/4 cup almond milk unsweetened
    1/2 medium Apple

    Chia seed pudding
    2 tbsp chia seeds
    1/2 cup almond milk unsweetened
    1 tsp sweetener (optional if having with smoothie)

    Chocolate omelet with banana. For the omelet I whisked 2 eggs with 1 tbsp of ground dark chocolate, a pinch of salt, vanilla extract, stevia and a little water to mix everything. Then I cooked it on the stove on a pan with vegetable spray, and served it with a sliced banana.
    285 calories, 18 protein, 6 fiber, 25 carbs.

    Date night, went out for dinner, we started with some wings and than I had Quinoa Crusted Chicken with a mango salad and my hubs had a Clubhouse, food was so good.

    I thought that was a large piece of meat with bananas on top! LOL. I was thinking you have interesting taste. :D
