Cut out added sugars (candies, sweets, cakes, anything that is boxed or man made, Etc). Indulge in lots of fruits. Fruit is high in fiber (for pooing) and in nutrients. You don't want to cut those out. Do this strictly for one month-two months. That's what I did. Now I have no cravings for sweets whatsoever and they are…

Traditional sushi is pretty healthy, both filling and low calorie... It's just westernized versions make it very high calorie. Ex. Sauces on top that include mayonnaise, avocado and cream cheese, or fried stuff. Order plain fish or veggie roll and you'll be fine. There's always sashimi as well.

That's odd, usually my leafy vegetables last a week, hard veggies like cauliflower or cabbage last two weeks, carrots and potatoes quite awhile, and fruits like apples and pears last two weeks or more depending on refrigeration or not. Bananas last about 1-2 weeks. Berries about a week. But for me, once I see my fruits and…

I like making tomato rice. I usually cook my rice with tomato sauce, 2 whole tomatoes or one can of chopped tomatoes, 1 chopped onion, chicken stock, chili powder, pepper, salt and some water. This can be eaten by itself but I usually eat it with a side of simple cooked greens (steamed/stir fry kale, swiss chard, broccoli,…

The top one is 2 oz for total package of 6 cookies. The bottom is total 11.3 oz that when divided by 9 servings, gives us 1.25 oz for each serving. If multiply by 2 for 6 cookies, you get 2.5 oz so that means the calories for the bottom will be slightly higher. This suggests the top one has either different amounts of…

I bought a small jar to make chocolate whipped cream for my boyfriend's cake. There's still 1/4th of the jar left. I hadn't touched it since February. It's too sweet, just tastes like regular melted chocolate and I really don't understand why people like it so much.
