First recipe I made! Strawberry Protein Shake
1-/2 c plain non-fat yogurt
1 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp honey
1 1/4 almond milk
1/2 c frozen strawberries
1 scoop protein powder0 -
Pls tell me how you like it. I'm thinking about getting it.0

Frozen bananas + frozen sliced berries + a little milk = soft served ice cream.
Raw carrots + orange juice + cream = yum
As you can see, I like simple recipes. Not a bad blender at all.0 -
I made a banana/Orange shake today. It grinds everything up and makes a smooth shake.
1/2 Banana
1/2 Orange
1 Scoop Protein
1 C Almond Milk
Dash Cinnamon
Ice

I love my ninja. It came with two individual travel "mugs", a huge blender attachment, and a food processor like attachment. I made a yummy lemon smoothy yesterday- lemon yogurt, lemon juice, sugar to kick some of the sour down(you could use honey or nothing if you really like sour), some water and ice. really yummy! i also use plain greek yogurt, a frozen berry blend, and some oj and water. I still have some shakeology left- so I use the ninja to make that up.. scoop of the powder, some OJ and water and ice.
it makes "adult" smoothies really awesome as well!! Dole wildly nutritious frozen fruit blend(peaches, pineapple, mango and strawberries), some oj, and mango flavored rum.. delish!~!0
