  • Give your body time to adjust. Create a deficit of 100 calories daily ...and increase that every week. Eat a lot of fiber rich foods that will make you feel fuller..longer. Stick to your prenatal vitamins to ensure that your baby is still getting his vitamins in case you may fall back on some. Good Luck!
