i understand... i teach a 545a cycle class and i'm never late but i wasnt making the same commitment to myself that i didn't teach. i changed that -- im now up and there every morning at 500.

ive been wondering the exact same thing. i would use the aerobics or dancing option; however, i don't the calories are anywhere correct -- i think they are way under -- but that could be a good thing == burning more than you record:-) good luck

in order to lose weight you have to burn more than you consume -- so logically i don't eat back my exercise calories. once i hit my goal weight i will eat them back to maintain that weight. if i see that im gaining, i will adjust until i find the right answer.

actually you can cut in two prior to cooking -- scoop out the seeds face down on a baking sheet and cook. use a fork to scrap out the spaghetti threads -- an amazing veggie

i would recommend 1/2 serving of oatmeal prior to your workout and protein (shake, string cheese, etc) post workout.
